Frequently-Asked Questions:

Q: How do I specific which webinar I want to attend?  You have 3 on the same topic each month.
A:  Whether you're registering for one of our free introductory sales training webinars, or you
     have registered for one of our premium (pay) webinar events, you'll be eligible to attend any
     (or all) of the webinars of that title being held in the same month.   You'll be sent a login/pass
     for each webinar the day before the event takes place.  

     So for example, if you register for our Retail Sales Skills webinar, you can attend it as many times
     as you wish during that month, for days in which it's offered. You can choose any date that's most
     convenient for you - another Selling University advantage! We'll email you the login/pass for the
     event the day before it's being held, each time that month.   


Q: I see all your DVD video titles and release dates coming up over the next several months; do you
     have any other products or services for sale in the meantime?
A:  Absolutely - our popular webinars are a great way to get started with us.


Q: Help - I've never been in a "webinar" ... what's it all about, anyways? How do webinars work?
A:  A webinar is simply an online software chat program that you download and run on your
     computer, that enables you to participate in live audio events.  They're easier to use than
     a telephone and there's no charge for the software.   Plus, you get to listen to the entire event

Q: I can't make it to one of your webinars; will there be CD versions or downloadable mp3s available?
A:  Yes there will; as soon as these are available, there will be order links on the webinar page for
     them.
 
Q: Do you provide onsite corporate sales training for clients?
A:  Yes, though we're currently booked through 2Q (June 26th) 2006. My current rate
      is 25K/day (plus expenses), for customized corporate sales training events.
      There's a 25% discount for multi-day events (so a 2-day event is just $38K)

      My daily rate drops to just 15K/day if you bring your sales team to the Denver area
      for training (you still need to book the hotel/meeting venue - limit 175 attendees/event).

Q: Do you provide hourly phone sales coaching support?
A:  Sorry, but I'm not accepting new individual sales coaching clients (schedule's too busy).

Q:  I've never heard of you before - why haven't you published a book? 
A:  Because instead of sitting in front of a pc "writing from an ivory tower", I've spent the last 15+
     years out in the trenches actually selling, and actually training real sales reps at all my clients'      organizations. You can see the results from all the testimonials my ecstatic clients have given me
     in their rave reviews.   I'd rather be out there with real sales folks like you, than sitting in front
     of a monitor trying to write books and articles.   

     I'm an "in the field" sales trainer you can trust.   One of you.    I'm a hands-on guy.   
     The 'generic sales techniques' that sales book authors write about that worked 4 years ago or
     10 years ago, simply don't work today.  Prospects have read the same sales books and articles
     you've read. Many sales book tips just don't work - prospects are sophisticated and skeptical.
     A few rare exceptions, include the valuable books by Stephan Schiffman, Brian Tracy, Ron Martin

Q: I'm a sales trainer and/or would like to join your affiliate program...how does that work?
     We're launching our affiliate program Summer 2006. See here for complete affiliate details.  
     Note that we do not accept affiliate requests from sites with less than a 500K Alexa ranking, or
     from unknown individuals.  You must have an established site and be willing to sign and fax a
     no-spam/UCE compliance agreement to us.

     we're here as a portal site to help a) provide quality sales training content and b) network with
